It's never too late to change! The building blocks of every cell and substance in our body and brain come from what we eat, drink, breathe, and apply through our skin that then disappears into our body. Each cell lives a certain length of time, then dies. Skin cells are replaced every 3 to 5 days. Red blood cells are replaced every 3 to 4 months. And bone cells are replaced every 6 to 7 years. So when you start to eat and drink healthier, and minimize your toxic exposure, all the building blocks and cells of your body get healthier. So you will become healthier — every day, and in every way.
Our nutrition counseling consists of a comprehensive 4 session plan. For best results, the sessions should be spread out at around once per week, with each session lasting 75 minutes. The structure of each session will be designed to fit in with your starting point, no matter what that is. During the sessions you'll have the guidance and support of your individual counselor. In-between sessions, during the week, you'll have unlimited e-mail support with your counselor.
I started my whole health pathway over 20 years ago through physical health. Over the years I discovered that physical health is just one piece of the whole, and I learned about nutrition, toxins, spiritual health and inner peace. And I understood that if any piece of the puzzle is missing, then you are not completely healthy and happy.
